"I recently signed up for car and renters insurance with Jake. I was with another agency who was recently bought out and they raised my rates. I initially emailed another agent who no longer works at this location and he must have reached out to Jake who emailed me. I was very impressed with Jake's level of professionalism and the rates are much better. Same or better coverage Very nice office and Jake made me feel very comfortable. I'm happy I decided to switch to State Farm."
