"6 Stars! By far the BEST experience with insurance I've ever had. Jake from Mike Mills’ office resolved over a year of insurance HELL for me in 30 minutes. I had been treated unfairly by Geico, extorted by Progressive, and although I have a clean driving record, Progressive wanted to charge me an obscene amount per month to renew my policy for state minimum coverage. If I had that kind of money, I’d hire a chauffeur! Jake truly exemplifies State Farm’s “Like a good neighbor” motto, and really helped me out of a jam. I now realize that working with a local branch is the way to go. Jake says he’s not THE Jake from State Farm, but maybe he should be? Thank you again!"
